8 Reasons why TPC Carpet Care get guaranteed results

THE STEP PROCESS

STEP 1- PRE-INSPECTION

Our technicians will start with a thorough pre-inspection of the carpeted areas to be cleaned. They will inspect your particular areas of concern as well as noting carpet construction, soiling conditions, test for colorfastness and any possible permanent staining.

STEP 2 – PRE-VACUUM *

Your carpet will be thoroughly vacuumed with a commercial vacuum cleaner to remove dry soil and materials.

STEP 3 – PRE-TREATMENT OF STAINS

Identified stains are treated prior to cleaning with a variety of specific products which are formulated for certain stains depending on variety of factors, such as ph level and fiber types

STEP 4 – PRE-SPRAY / DEODOURISER

All areas to be cleaned will be pre-sprayed with a specially formulated detergent designed to break-down soil particles and stains, the pre-spray also contains an effective biocide to eliminate bad odor and leave a fresh pleasant fragrance.

STEP 5 – AGITATION

Using a carpet rake the pre-spray is ‘worked’ into the carpet. This is done to loosen and dislodge deep down soiling and stains

STEP 6 – STEAM EXTRACTION

The carpet is Steam cleaned and rinsed using powerful extraction machines that deliver immersion heated water and emulsifiers to remove deep soiling and stains. Water pressure is regulated to suit carpet type and soiling. The powerful extraction leaves the carpet clean and ready to walk on immediately. The carpet will dry depending on season and airflow in around 2-3 hours

STEP 7- POST- INSPECTION

Carpet areas are inspected and extra attention given if required until the technician and client are satisfied with the end result.

STEP 8 – FINISHING TOUCHES / EXTRA SERVICES

Carpet pile is reset and any extra products applied if requested such as CARPET PROTECTOR.
